I earned my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Portland State University. My early clinical experience was gained by working as a clinician and then as a director of an inpatient chemical dependency treatment center in the Midwest. The next several years were spent working in outpatient facilities; the juvenile court system with children and families; and domestic violence prevention programs.
In my private practice, I offer a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, with a personalized approach to each client. My goal is to assist each person in building on their strengths and attaining the personal growth they are committed to accomplish. I have provided therapy to individuals, families and groups. Trauma issues, grief, social adjustment concerns, chemical dependency recovery issues, anxiety and depression are my current areas of focus.
Most insurance companies provide insurance for mental health services. I am able to accept payment from most insurance companies, including Medicare, Pacificsource Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield and ODS/MODA Health. Please contact this office for more information regarding insurance.
